The world is in continuous change and more people everyday get caught in a very dangerous trap. Food industry leaders, restaurants, caffes, street-foods, supermarkets and corner shops are staking their businesses on people’s ignorance regarding their own everyday life and health.

We’re surrounded by a discouraging variety of unhealthy food options which the average person doesn’t even know they're bad. To top it out, good quality food choices are very limited and without proper knowledge, they’re impossible to make out.

Gyms, spas, nutritionists, trainer wannabes and from time to time your average friend all join in on the propaganda: weight is a matter of being lazy - you’re fat or in bad shape because you don’t exercise enough or eat junk food.

But that’s all only part of the problem, now what about the solution? Now here comes the tricky part - you need key assets in your endeavour to break out of this fat jail of yours.

Upon evaluation and initial approval, you will be handed a fully-customized diet plan. Your first few weeks are going to be very difficult in terms of nutrition – this means you have to be prepared to sacrifice the joy of eating and stick strictly to the customised diet plan. You’re eating to live, not the other way around! 

Last but not least, this takes sacrifices. Getting in top physical shape takes hard work – it’s ultimately required so that your muscles grow and start to consume all that waist fat. Until now, it was a matter of how to “do things the right way” and hope for results. From here on that’s settled, it’s only a matter of commitment. Results are just around the corner!

The BreakFit.Club has a spotless record. That means anyone who ever joined met their goals and keeps doing so – losing weight, getting in shape, reaching IFBB fitness form or improving and perfecting their training skills. But this is only achieved through thorough evaluation of the trainee before signup, assessment of his goals, current physical status and level of expertise. 

Membership is not a right you acquire periodically by renewing your monthly fee. It’s a privilege you need to work hard for. Upon admittance, you must evolve according to your diet and training plans that are laid out for you. Periodic evaluations of your progress ensure that the diet and training plans are delivering the expected results.

Your initial evaluation along with the diet and training plans will be carried out by IFBB class training coaches, certified sports nutrition experts and experienced IFBB competitors. But the power of Breaking Fit comes with the responsibility of the Club – membership is not a given right, it’s a privilege you need to work hard for!
